I design and cook custom food experiences shaped by place, season and people.

My work centres around creating meals that feel intentional, immersive and memorable. Food that is built with intention and served in a way that brings people together. The focus is always on flavour, flow and the overall experience, not just individual dishes.

Menus are developed specifically for each gathering, taking cues from the time of year, the setting and the tone of the occasion. The food I create is bold but balanced, simple in structure and confident in execution.

I specialise in intimate, high touch experiences where food plays a central role in how people connect. Long lunches, slow dinners, private gatherings, retreats and celebrations where the atmosphere matters as much as what is on the plate. I also work on larger projects when the experience is the priority.

The aim is to create something that lingers. Not just a good meal, but a feeling people carry with them. The kind of experience that feels considered, effortless and worth remembering.
